FileOnTheWall processes files, recordings, transcripts, notes, and smart-tool results locally in your browser. This content is not sent to or permanently stored by FileOnTheWall.
Local AI model downloads
Some smart tools download pretrained AI model files from reputable external model or CDN hosts such as Hugging Face. Model files come down to your browser and may be cached there. FileOnTheWall does not intentionally include your document, recording, transcript, or notes in those model-download requests.
You can clear downloaded models through your browser's site-data and cache controls. FileOnTheWall does not intentionally persist meeting or document content after the session unless you choose to download it to your own device.
Ordinary website data
Like other websites, our hosting, security, analytics, model-hosting, and advertising providers may receive ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested URLs, cookies, and approximate location.
Advertising
Third-party advertisements may use cookies or similar technologies and have their own privacy practices. Advertising operates separately from local file and smart-tool processing.
Your choices
You can stop processing by closing the page. Clearing browser site data removes locally cached website and model data where applicable.
